Our dedicated case managers promote personal and community independence through their skills, care, empathy, and dedication to reaching a larger demographic.
At Frontiers Wellness Services, we consider our service recipients as our partners. Our goal is to provide them with multi-facilitated support that will teach them the required skills to gradually reduce their dependence on our services.
FWS’ dedicated case managers connect them with a range of support, including mental health, medical care, housing services, education, transportation, and employment opportunities to enhance their everyday independence.

Frontiers Wellness Services was shaped by my professional experiences in community service roles. I've worked with marginalized groups throughout Maine, specifically those with mental disabilities, and recognized the significant gap in mental health care.
Mental illness is a complex issue that intersects with other problems like homelessness and unemployment, requiring a more specialized and customized approach.
